About us

Hello,

We are a film and TV production company.Started in 2011 MB productions was founded by Scott Thomson and Matt Brown, we believe in creating engaging and exciting films for all projects.

a bit more about us

Scott Thomson is a former professional footballer, Scott made over 300 appearances at Dunfermline Athletic and was vice captain & club captain for seven of his 11 years there. In 2007/08 he was granted a testimonial in recognition of his outstanding service to the club and played a full first team from Manchester United. His early career included playing for Shrewsbury Town, Brechin City, Raith Rovers, East Fife & five seasons at Aberdeen and 1 appearance and 1 goal for Scotland U 19s.

Alex Ferguson said:

"So to rubbish all those cries that footballers don't deserve testimonials then I say without hesitation, absolutely what would we do without guys like Scott Thomson? Did he ever leave the club? No, he stayed because he is loyal and that is why he has managed to attract the biggest club in the world to pay respect to a good honest pro."


Matt Brown has worked in film production for over 10 years, he has won a Scottish Bafta, a Christopher Johnston award and been nominated for BBC production team of the year and a youtube doogooder award. His work has taken him all over the world and his clients have ranged from the BBC to Madness.
